Weeknight recipe

Voici une recette simple qui demande peu de préparation et d’ingrédients. Vous aurez tous les nutriments importants pour supporter votre corps jusqu’à demain matin!
– une patate sucrée au four a 450° et des poitrines de poulet assaisonnees de sel, poivre et épices Tex mex (ou autre)
– accompagner le tout de verdures ou des légumes que vous avez sous la main

Here is a simple recipe that can be done with few ingredients and little preparation. You will have all the important nutrients to support your body until tomorrow morning!
– a sweet potato in the oven at 450° and chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper and tex mex spices (or others)
– serve with some fresh greens or the veggies you have on hand

Vegetarian dinner

Just a quick post to tell you about an amazing dinner I made myself last week ;)

I did not have any meat or fish on hand so I opted for a vegetarian option.

It looks horrible but seriously, it’s good! You can use any vegetable you have on hand too!

I sauteed zucchinis and mushrooms in some coconut oil and cooked half a sweet potato. I seasoned everything with dijon mustard and salted herbs (Herbes salées du Bas du Fleuve) and poored some almond butter on the veggies. I added a dollop of ricotta cheese for protein and freshness. This meal is full of nutrients AND flavour. Try it!
