  1. This is a very open-ended question. Much of the awensr depends upon the starting fitness level of the athlete, previous S C experience, age, current nutrition program, access to facilities, etc.The program is a 24-weeks long and has yielded significant gains in the athletes that have whole-heartedly participated (ex. on average participants have added 3-5lbs of lean muscle mass during phase I).
