We all know that we need to incorporate more dark leafy green vegetables in our diet. Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin K and C and has anti-cancer properties.
The one thing I like most about kale is that when you bake them in the oven, they become crispy like chips!
For one serving, you need about 2 stems. You keep only the leaves and place them on a baking sheet. Spray oil all over them and sprinkle with parmegiano cheese. Bake at 425 degrees F for about 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
