Let’s talk about this transparent liquid that we take for granted too often…
Our body is made of 60% of water. Do I need to say more? Drinking water regularly is the best habit for your health.
Not sure if you’re drinking enough? Here are some guidelines:
– Do not wait to be thirsty, it’s already too late…
– Aim for 250 ml or 8 oz of water every hour
– If your pee is yellow, you’re dehydrated, if it’s almost transparent, you’re good!
When working out, you should have 8 to 16 oz (250 – 500ml) of water before your workout. Then, sip regularly throughout the workout and have at least one big glass after, depending on the intensity.
We are lucky that it’s always available to us, so, drink up!
