At-home workout

Bonjour chers adeptes du sport! Qu’avez-vous prévu comme activités cette semaine pour vous dégourdir les jambes? Si vous êtes dans la région de Montréal, la température s’annonce très clémente, parfaite pour les sports de plein air ou pour prendre de longues marches. Peu importe ce que vous choisissez, profitez-en avant que la neige s’accumule au sol…!

Si vous attendez l’arrivée de l’hiver pour vous abonner dans un gym, voici une belle routine à faire à la maison ou dans le parc. On peut s’entraîner n’importe où! Demandez à un ami de vous accompagner ou votre chien ou votre entraîneur personnel pour davantage de motivation!



Hello dear fitness friends! What are your plans for this week regarding physical activity? If you are in the Montreal area, the weather looks perfect for outdoor sports or long walks. Whatever you choose to do, just make sure you enjoy it before there is too much snow on the ground…!

If you are waiting for winter to come before getting a gym membership, here is a fun workout to do at home or in the park. You can workout anywhere! Ask a friend to come with you or bring your dog or ask your personal trainer for extra motivation!

Entraînement à la maison

Complete 3 rounds of each series (serie A 3 rounds, B 3 rounds, C 3 rounds) and take a short break between each series. First rounds is 50 reps, second round 40 reps and third round 30 reps:

Complétez le circuit 3 fois (série A 3 fois, série B 3 fois, série C 3 fois) et prenez une pause entre chaque série. Faites 50 répétitions de chaque exercice au premier set, puis 40 et finalement 30:
