Pour faire changement aujourd’hui, je vous présente des capsules vidéos 🙂

Alors, voici le programme en question:

1- Échauffements variés tels que jumping jacks et genoux hauts

2-Haut du corps: – Bicep curls avec les élastiques  – Extension des triceps

3- Tronc: – Jack knife sur ballon      – Extension du dos

4- Bas du corps: – Squat                   – Squat à une jambe sur ballon

5- Étirements et respirations profondes

Faites chaque exercice pendant une minute. Recommencez le circuit 2 à 4 fois.

Today, to change things up a bit, I present to you short videos 🙂

So, here is the program:

1- Warm-up movements such as jumping jacks and high knees

2-Upper body: – Bicep curls with bands   – Tricep extension

3- Core: – Jack knife with ball      – Back extension

4- Lower body: – Squat           – One-legged squat on ball

5- Stretching and deep breathing

Do as many reps of each exercise as possible for one minute. Repeat circuit 2 to 4 times.
