Winter workout

Il fait froid!!!! Quoi de mieux pour se réchauffer qu’un entraînement complet 🙂 Et pas question de mettre le nez dehors!

Alors, programmez votre gymboss ou chrono (il y a des applications pour cellulaire vraiment super) pour 33 intervalles de 35 s : 10 s.

Voici le circuit:

  1. home workoutBurpees
  2. Leg extensions avec élastique
  3. Thrusters
  4. Push-ups
  5. Ball back extensions
  6. Ball crunches
  7. Tricep extension (weights)
  8. Deadlift (weights)
  9. Jack-knife (ball)
  10. repos

Baby it’s cold outside! Since it’s freezing over here, I thought nobody would want to go out, me first! Here is a fun way to stay warm, a full body workout 🙂

Start by setting your gymboss or chrono (there are very good apps for that) for 33 intervals of 35s : 10s.

Here is the circuit:

  1. Burpees
  2. Leg extensions with bands
  3. Thrusters
  4. Push-ups
  5. Ball back extensions
  6. Ball crunches
  7. Tricep extension (weights)
  8. Deadlift (weights)
  9. Jack-knife (ball)
  10. rest
