Toujours débuter par une période d’échauffement pour préparer son corps à ce qui s’en vient.

Nothing beats a quick and efficient workout to start the week on the right foot.

Need some inspiration? Here’s what I did this morning:

Be sure to start with a warm-up to prepare your muscles for what’s coming.


1- Bent-over dumbbell row

2- DB rotational shoulder press

3- Overhead lunge

4- Grasshopper hands on med ball

5- Russian ball twist

3 sets, 30 min.


On termine avec des étirements. Et c’est parti!

Finish with some stretching. Let’s go!
