Mais qu’est-ce qui se passe avec la température à Montréal! On gèle!!

Pour tous ceux qui sont déjà sur leur plan d’entraînement estival, ce qui signifie  que vous vous entraînez dehors, sortez votre équipement d’hiver!

Sinon, attrapez une serviette et faites ce workout rapide, 1 minute par exercice:

What the hell is going on with the weather in Montreal! It’s freezing!!

For people already on their summer training plan, which means they are training outdoors, get your winter gear out! 

Otherwise, grab a towel and do this quickie, 1 minute per exercise:plank-pike

1- plank position, towel under the feet, walk forward using your hands

2- same but in reverse plank, use your hands to walk backwards

3- reverse lunge with the right left with the towel under the right foot

4- same but with the left foot

5- plank to pike

Répétez 2 à 3 fois

Repeat 2 to 3 times 🙂
