ouhlala what a weekend!

Ça a commencé jeudi passé avec un court séjour au chalet d’un ami en Estrie au bord d’un grand lac. On avait l’air d’une belle bande de joyeux lurons à se prélasser sur le ponton! Ensuite, j’ai joué mon meilleur badminton et c’était du sérieux, j’en avait mal à l’épaule! J’ai aussi fait mon premier tour de seadoo ever! Wow! J’ai couronné le tout avec du ski nautique. Je ne suis pas une pro mais c’était vraiment vraiment fun! Donc, badminton, seadoo et ski nautique…j’avais encore mal partout le jour du #happiest5k le samedi matin ahah.

It all started last Thursday with a short stay in a friend’s lake house in Estrie. We  probably looked like a bunch of lazy people soaking up the sun, relaxing on the boat and having a drink in the middle of the afternoon! I compensated the laziness by playing some mean badminton, going on a seadoo for the first time ever and toped it off with waterskiing!  I’m not a pro but I had a blast! So, badminton, seadoo and waterski…I was still super sore when the #happiest5k came Saturday morning!

D’ailleurs, merci à Chevrolet Général Motors pour m’avoir inclus dans leur équipe Chevrolet. La Color Run était super bien organisée et les milliers de personnes (enfants, familles, couples, jeunes et moins jeunes) semblaient au comble du bonheur! Si vous avez l’occasion de participer à un événement de ce genre, n’hésitez surtout pas!

Let me just say thank you to Chevrolet General Motors for letting me be a part of team Chevy. The Color Run was super well organized and the thousands of people there (kids, families, couples, young and old) seemed to have a great time! If you ever have the chance to take part in an event like this one, go for it!
